We organized the first Consortium Meeting of the Project FrontSeat on February 17, 2023. The Plenary meeting was organized in a virtual format.
In the morning session, the members of the project Consortium from STU, RUB, and UNIPI discussed the current status of the project, WPs, future plans, etc.
As a part of the afternoon session, there was organized an online scientific session as a part of the seminar series on the “Research Seminar on Smart Cybernetics“. The scientific session was opened to a wide audience. In this session, two scientific lectures were delivered:
(i) Sebastian Leonow (RUB Bochum, Germany): Collaborative control under strict security requirements on lean embedded hardware,
(ii) Riccardo Bacci di Capaci, Marco Vaccari (UNIPI, Italy): Acid Gas Treatment in Waste-to-energy Plants: a case study of system identification and advanced control.

The final session of the Consortium Meeting was dedicated to the General Assembly meeting.
